Welcome back to school and Happy New Year!
We are right back in the swing of things in second grade.
Here are some of the things we've been working on this week:
-Making connections as we read independently (text-self, text-text, text-world)
-Sharing Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle
-Starting to work on 5-finger stories about our Winter Break
-Discussing, practicing, and writing our own collection story problems
-Writing the rules for our board games and starting to make the actual boards
